
The Mulligan Memorial Lecture is given annually on a subject related to the history of science.
The lecture is given by the recipient of the Mulligan Award in Physics which is based on a gift by Professor Mulligan’s wife, Eleanor, in memory of Dr. Joseph F. Mulligan, one of the founders of the UMBC Department of Physics.
