Dr. Zhibo Zhang is the new director of GPHI!

Prof. Zhibo Zhang has been selected to lead the NASA Goddard Planetary Heliophysics Institute (GPHI), strengthening UMBC’s longstanding partnership with NASA and expanding opportunities in research and education.
