Undergrad researcher Alexandria Udenkwo selected for LSAMP
Alexandria Udenkwo has been selected to participate in University System of Maryland’s Louis Stokes Alliance (LSAMP) for Minority Participation 2020 Fall Research Program. This award is to support minority students as an undergraduate research fellow who works with distinguished STEM faculty within the University System of Maryland. The prestigious program is a rare opportunity for intensive research and preparation for graduate studies and career advancement, for which Alexandria has been selected from a wide field of applicants.
Alexandria works in the Quantum Thermodynamics Group led by Prof. Deffner, and she studies fundamental bounds on the rate with which quantum resources can be consumed.
